Flex Series Specification
Floor Mounted System

General
ECOPLUS supply and install Flex Restroom Cubicle System, which is highly resistant against water, chemical and impact.
Flex cubicles provide an option for mid-range design at a competitive price.

Materials
All panels shall be of High Pressure Laminates (HPL) compact board (or phenolic board) which are certified by Singapore Environment Council with Singapore Green Label. Colour selection can be done from wide range of solid and wood grain with different texture finishing.
All accessories and hardware shall be made of stainless steel grade 304.

Doors
All doors come in 12mm thick HPL compact board. Each door will be supported by 3 heavy duty stainless steel gravity hinges affixed to the pilaster. Additional hinge will be required if door exceeds weight limit. Door consists of one stainless steel door knob and one stainless steel coat hook.

Pilasters
All pilasters come in 12mm thick HPL compact board. Top of pilaster will be secured by aluminum extrusion head rail usually comes in N.A finishing. Bottom of pilaster will be anchored to the floor with aluminum extrusion U channel. End pilasters will be affixed to the finishing wall with aluminum extrusion U channel. All pilasters base will be covered with stainless steel box up of 100mm height. Pilaster consists of one stainless steel thumbturn lockset and aluminum extrusion door jamb with black rubber act is damper to reduce noise and impact.

Intermediate Partitions
All intermediate partitions come in 12mm thick HPL compact board. Both end of intermediate partition are secured to the finishing wall and centre pilaster with aluminum extrusion U channel.

Accessories and Fittings
Omega aluminum extrusion head rail (75mm x 38mm x 1.5mm thk) comes in natural anodized and black anodized finishing.
Aluminum extrusion U channel (27mm x 16mm x 1.5mm thk) comes in natural anodized and black anodized finishing.
All accessories such as thumb turn lockset with indicator, coat hook, door knob, adjustable leg, gravity hinges are in stainless steel grade 304 finishing.
Powder coating finishes for aluminum is available upon request with surcharge.

Size
Recommended cubicle overall size shall be 900mmW x 1800mmD x 2000mmH with 150mm floor clearance. Door size: 600mm x 1800mm; Pilaster size: 300mm x 1830mm; Divider size: 1800mm x 1800
