ECO-Locker Specification
Full Height System

General
ECOPLUS supply and install ECO-LOCKER System, which is highly resistant against water, chemical and impact.
ECO-LOCKER is a highly customised locker system that provides wide range of lock selections. Its setup and durability can withstand various climatic conditions.

Materials
All panels shall be of High Pressure Laminates (HPL) compact board (or phenolic board) which are certified by Singapore Environment Council with Singapore Green Label. Colour selection can be done from wide range of solid and wood grain with different texture finishing.
All accessories and hardware shall be made of stainless steel grade 304 or alloy and all hardware/fittings shall be made of anodized aluminium extrusion.

Doors
All doors come in 12mm thick HPL compact board. Each door will be supported 2 to 4 stainless steel hinges (depends on door size) affixed to the aluminium front locker profile. All edges are chamfered with radius 20mm at 4 corners. Air ventilation slot holes or stainless steel ventilation cover is available upon request.

Top Cover and Bottom Base
All top covers and bottom bases come in white colour 8mm thick HPL compact board. They are affixed onto the aluminium locker profile with stainless steel countersunk screws.

Internal Shelves
All internal shelves come in white colour 8mm thick HPL compact board. The panels are inserted into the aluminium locker profiles to form the body of the lockers sercured with stainless steel screws and covered by the aluminium locker curve cover.

Back and Side Panels
All back and side panels come in white colour 3mm thick HPL compact board. These internal fixed shelves are affixed to the side panels and supported by the aluminium locker curve cover.

Accessories and Fittings
Aluminum locker profile extrusion (30mm x 26mm) comes in natural anodized finishing.
Aluminum locker curve cover extrusion (13.3mm x 21.5mm) comes in natural anodized finishing.
All hinges (concealed with 90° opening) are in stainless steel grade 304 finishing.
Choice of cylinder lock or hasp lock with polish chrome finish. Number lock or digital lock is available upon request.
Chrome hanging clothes pipe and number plate are available upon request.
Powder coating finishes for aluminum is available upon request with surcharge.

Size
Recommended cubicle overall size shall be 400mmW x 500mmD x 1900mmH with 100mmH compact laminate skirting.
Choice of locker systems: 1-tier, 2-tier, 3-tier, 4-tier, 5-tier and Z-tier.
