Zenith Cubicle Specification Full Height System

General
ECOPLUS supply and install Flex Restroom Cubicle System, which is highly resistant against water, chemical and impact. Flex cubicles provide an option for mid-range design at a competitive price. 

Materials
All panels shall be of High Pressure Laminates (HPL) compact board (or phenolic board) which are certified by Singapore Environment Council with Singapore Green Label. Colour selection can be done from wide range of solid and wood grain with different texture finishing.

Doors
All doors come in 19mm thick HPL compact board, colour to Architect's specification. Each door will be supported by 3 heavy duty stainless steel gravity hinges affixed to the pilaster. Additional hinge will be required if door exceeds weight limit. Door consists of one stainless steel coat hook. All vertical edges are rebated and chamfered.

Pilasters
All pilasters come in 19mm thick HPL compact board. Connections between pilasters and intermediate partitions to walls are secured with non visible fixing. Pilaster shall consist of one titanium coated 304 grade stainless steel customized thumb turn lockset to Architect's approval. Pilasters vertical edge shall be incorporated with a customized vertical profile in 304 grade stainless steel titanium coating with anti-finger print surface finish to architect's approval. Top and bottom of pilasters shall be finish with a 100mm height 1mm thick 304 grade stainless steel skirting to Architect's design and approval. Pilaster consists of black rubber door cushion act as damper to reduce noise and impact.

Intermediate Partitions
All intermediate partitions come in 12mm thick HPL compact board. Fixing of the intermediate partitions to the pilasters and back of wall with non visible mechanical fixings.

Accessories and Fittings
Additional headrail shall be install as a reinforce support for the pilasters above the ceiling. All accessories such as thumb turn lockset with indicator, V - shaped coat hook and gravity hinge shall be 304 grade stainless steel with titanium coating to architect's approval.

Size
Recommended cubicle overall size shall be 900mmW x 1800mmD x  2900mmH with 100mm floor clearance. Door size: 600mmW x 2300; pilaster size:300mm x 2900mm; Divider size:1800mm x 2300mm
