ELLIPSE Cubicle Specification Full Height System

General ECOPLUS supply and install Flex Restroom Cubicle System, which is highly resistant against water, chemical and impact. Flex cubicles provide an option for mid-range design at a competitive price. Materials Door, pilaster and intermediate panels shall be of 40mm thick ‘Favolic’ – (honeycomb phenolic) which are PSB tested and GREENGUARD certified. Colour selection can be done from wide range of solid and wood grain with different texture finishing. Different colour on 2 side surfaces is available upon request. All accessories and hardware shall be made of stainless steel grade 304 finishing. Other material selection is available upon request. Doors All doors come in 40mm thick ‘Favolic’ panel. Each door will be supported by stainless steel gravitational pivot hinge affixed to the pilaster. Door consists of one stainless coat hook. Door bumper is affixed on the top of door for cushion and noise reduction effect. All door edges are completed with rounded aluminum profile with epoxy powder coating finishes. Special request for PVC edging finishing upon request to match with selected colour especially wood grain are available. Pilasters All pilasters come in 40mm thick ‘Favolic’ panel. Top of pilaster will be secured by galvanized rectangular hollow section (50mm x 50mm x 2mm) enclosed by false ceiling. Connections between pilasters and intermediate partitions or walls are secured with non-visible fixing. Pilaster consists of one stainless steel premium latch lockset. All pilaster edges are completed with concaved aluminum profile with epoxy powder coating finishes. Special request for PVC edging finishing upon request to match with selected colour especially wood grain are available. Bottom of pilasters complete with 50~150mm height 1mm thick stainless steel skirting. Intermediate Partitions All intermediate partitions come in 40mm thick ‘Favolic’ panel. Intermediate partitions will be secured to the back of wall with non-visible mechanical fixings. Accessories and Fittings Galvanized square hollow section (50mm x 50mm x 2mm thk). All accessories such as latch lockset with indicator, coat hook, gravitational pivot hinge, and door bumper are in stainless steel grade 304 finishing. All skirting shall be stainless steel grade 304 finishing. Size Recommended cubicle overall size shall be 900mmW x 1800mmD x (Ceiling Height) with 50~150mmHt floor clearance.
